It pays to learn a second language as a teacher
What are the benefits of language teachers learning a second language (or even a third or fourth…)? How can these skills be used to develop your own teaching practice? Damien explores these questions in more detail, using his own experiences as an example.
In this vlog post for Pavilion ELT, Damien Herlihy starts season three of his ELT Vlog Series. With the release of the new look Modern English Teacher in 2022, he’s decided to focus on the theme of each issue. Each episode will offer some highlights from that theme and then Damien will relate those ideas to his own teaching context.
